Sewer · Drain · Vertical stack · Storm drain
We repair your failing sewer, stack and storm-drain pipes.
From high-rise sewer stacks to a 24-inch industrial drain, we inspect, clean, line and replace the drainage pipes your property depends on. Where your pipe is suitable, we restore it from inside through existing access, so less of your building has to be opened.

Trusted where failure isn't an option.
Our project record includes an industrial drain at a Florida nuclear facility, occupied condominium towers, Ritz-Carlton hotels and a museum campus where we scheduled work around the museum's requirements. We bring the same inspection, access planning and final verification to your pipe.
We relined a damaged 24-inch industrial drain that was taking in sand and rock.
The corrugated-metal line carried storm and process water. Holes in its deteriorated wall were letting rock and sand into the drain, so we adapted our preparation to the condition of the host pipe before we lined it.

Our published account reports progress at month six of an eight-month plan.

We cleaned and camera-inspected the drains across a working museum campus.
We cleaned, desilted and camera-inspected the museum's main and lateral drains across the campus. We scheduled morning, daytime and evening work windows around the museum's requirements.

Tell us about your building's stacks, risers or mains, and we will discuss the inspection your pipes need.
Inside your pipe
We show you what is failing inside your pipe before you approve a repair.
Backups, odors, slow drains and leaks start where you cannot see them. We camera-inspect your line from cleanouts, roof penetrations, wall openings or manholes, record the cracks, scale, roots and offsets we find, and give you the footage with a written findings summary and a proposed repair scope.
Before and after lining
We line your damaged pipe where inspection confirms it is suitable.
We remove buildup, prepare your pipe and cure a liner against its interior. We check the finished section on camera. Collapsed pipe and incorrect slope require a different repair.
Before lining
After liningScale, grease, roots or debris are restricting your line.
We remove the buildup with mechanical cutters, rodding or hydro-jetting chosen for your pipe's material and condition.
Cracks, corrosion or failed joints are leaking in your pipe.
We line the suitable section with a cured-in-place liner, or repair a short defect with a spot liner.
Your building's stacks back up on several floors.
We assess each stack from roof and cleanout access, then clean, line or replace it stack by stack around your residents.
Sediment is filling your site's storm drain, or its wall is failing.
We clean the run and reline the suitable pipe, as we did on FPL's 24-inch corrugated-metal drain.
Part of your pipe has collapsed, sagged or shifted out of line.
We replace that section and connect it to the serviceable pipe on each side.
How we repair your pipe
We repair your pipe in four documented steps.
Where your pipe is suitable, we restore it from inside through existing access. That can reduce the floors, walls and grounds that have to be opened to reach your damaged line.

We locate the damage.
We camera-inspect your line to find each defect and define the length that needs repair.

We prepare the interior.
We clean scale, roots and debris from your pipe so it is ready for lining and a complete inspection.

We install the liner.
We place a resin-saturated cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liner in your pipe and cure it to form a new interior.

We verify the repair.
We camera-inspect the finished line and give you the video of your restored section.
Pipe replacementWhen your pipe cannot be lined, we replace that section.
Inspection can show a collapsed run, a lost pitch or a fitting a liner cannot restore. We replace that section, tie it into your serviceable pipe and document the disturbance the repair required. At a Jacksonville senior community, we combined lining with partial replacement based on the condition we inspected.

Trenchless sewer repairWe line your damaged sewer pipe through existing access.
When your sewer line under a slab, parking area or yard is cracked, root-damaged or corroded but still suitable, we clean it and install a cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liner through cleanouts or limited openings. We camera-inspect the finished line and give you the video. Collapsed or badly misaligned sections are scoped for replacement.
From our recordAt Orlando Family Center, we cleaned and lined more than 300 feet of main sewer with overnight work.
Who we work for
We plan your repair around the people responsible for your property.

We schedule inspection, cleaning and lining around your operating hours, as we did with morning, daytime and evening windows at the Ringling Museum and overnight work at Orlando Family Center.
03
Engineers and contractors
We assess whether your client's pipe is suitable for lining, coating or replacement, coordinate our scope with the project engineer, and document what we restored.
