We explain here what this Blue Works Plumbing website collects, why it is used and how you can contact us about it. This notice covers this public website and inquiries about your plumbing work. Separate staff and project workspaces, the main company website and external services may have different functions and notices.

This is a private website preview. If you press the form's submit button, the preview server checks the details you entered but does not save an office inquiry or send it to our team. Use sample details to test the preview. Call or email us for a real request.

1. Who handles your information

Blue Works Company is the public business name used for the plumbing services shown here. Contact team@blueworkscompany.com or (877) 258-3664 about this notice or a privacy request. Our Orlando correspondence address is 9187 Boggy Creek Road, Orlando, FL 32824.

2. Information you choose to provide

Our forms ask for your name, email, phone number and plumbing problem. If you use the service-area selector, you can also provide a city, ZIP code or property note and select an office. Inquiry context identifies the page, service and action you selected so your request can be understood.

What you type stays in the current page's memory until you submit it or leave the page. The service-area selection is kept in your browser tab's session storage. It is included with the form information if you submit.

In preview mode, a submission is processed for validation without creating an office inquiry. When connected inquiry delivery is enabled, we use the four form fields, requested location and page, service and action context to respond and manage your request. Inquiry permission is separate from optional measurement.

If you call or email us directly, we receive the details you share through that channel.

3. Technical information and browser storage

A server handling a page or form request receives technical information such as your IP address, requested address, browser information and request time. Server or infrastructure logs may retain this information for operation, security and troubleshooting. If you arrive through a link containing campaign parameters, those parameters can be visible in the requested address and associated infrastructure logs.

In preview mode this site does not run optional visit analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, third-party chat, embedded maps or dynamic call-number tracking. We do not add campaign parameters or advertising click identifiers to form payloads from preview mode. Images, fonts and the service-area map are served by the site.

When connected inquiry delivery and optional measurement are enabled, you may separately choose first-party analytics and ad-source attribution. With an analytics choice, the website records page paths, phone and email link clicks and supported site events, referring host, campaign tags, broad device class and randomly generated browser and session identifiers. If you also choose ad-source attribution, supported advertising click and ad-group identifiers can be included. These measurements may be linked to an inquiry through its consented session. No form-field content belongs in the tracking event payload. Measurement goes to our first-party office system, not third-party ad pixels.

Our Cookie Policy lists the browser storage we use. Cookie settings let you review the current state and clear the saved service-area selection.

4. How we use information

We use information to operate and protect the website, check a form, remember a choice you requested, respond when you contact us directly, and discuss the inspection or repair your pipe needs. If you authorize work separately, we use the information needed to prepare and carry out your agreement and maintain the associated business records.

Optional choices are off by default. If a choice cannot be verified, tracking stays off. We do not use optional measurement to build third-party advertising profiles or make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

5. Who may receive information

People authorized to handle your request and providers that operate our hosting, communications, security and technical support may process information for those purposes. Information you send directly by email or phone passes through the providers for those channels.

We may disclose relevant information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect safety or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. A business transfer may involve relevant records, subject to applicable protections. This website does not transmit visitor data to advertising networks.

6. Sale, sharing and browser signals

This website does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or run third-party targeted-advertising technology. Global Privacy Control suppresses optional measurement and ad-source attribution, including a prior grant. Do Not Track is not treated as consent; optional processing still requires an explicit choice.

Got it acknowledges the storage notice and keeps optional categories off. It is not consent to advertising or analytics. You can reopen Cookie settings from any page. Your choice is specific to this browser and site; clearing browser data or using another device can make the notice appear again.

7. Your communications

When you contact us about your plumbing problem, we use your details to respond about that request. A website acknowledgment does not enroll you in automated marketing messages. Tell us if you prefer a particular way to be contacted. You can ask us to stop optional marketing communications; necessary communications about agreed work or legal obligations may continue where permitted.

8. Retention and security

We retain direct inquiry and project records for the time reasonably needed to respond, carry out agreed work, resolve issues and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. The required period depends on the record and relationship. We have not assigned one universal retention period to all business records.

The preview acknowledgment lasts up to 180 days in this browser, subject to deletion or a policy change. Connected-mode privacy choice cookies expire after 180 days. The analytics session identifier is renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity; its stored timestamp is refreshed during use. The browser measurement identifier has no automatic expiry in the current implementation and remains until withdrawal or site-data deletion.

The service-area selection lasts for the browser tab's session, subject to the browser's session-restoration behavior, or until you clear it in Cookie settings. We retain server consent records as reasonably needed to record your choices, address requests and meet applicable legal obligations.

We use safeguards intended to limit unauthorized access, but no website, email or transmission can be guaranteed secure. Do not submit sensitive information through general forms or email.

9. Access, correction, deletion and other rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to know about or access personal information, obtain a copy, correct it, request deletion, object to or restrict certain uses, withdraw consent or opt out of certain processing. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the circumstances.

Use Privacy requests, email team@blueworkscompany.com or call (877) 258-3664. Tell us the request and how you contacted us. We may ask for proportionate information to verify an access, correction or deletion request or an agent's authority. Do not send identity documents unless we arrange a suitable method. We do not require identity verification merely to review browser settings.

We respond as applicable law requires and explain if an exception prevents us from completing a request. Where applicable law provides an appeal, contact us through the same channels and identify it as an appeal. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator. We do not penalize you for exercising rights that apply to you.

10. Children and visitors outside Florida

Our services and inquiry tools are directed to adults responsible for a property, not children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided it.

Our business operates in the United States. Direct communications and website information may be handled in the United States and where our service providers operate. This statement does not waive rights that apply to you.

11. External links and updates

A link to another site opens a service with its own data practices. Review that service's notice before providing information. We update this notice when our practices change and identify the current date here. We will provide additional notice or seek consent when applicable law requires it; continued browsing is not a substitute for consent.
