FPL industrial drainOur steam-cured liner sealed FPL's deteriorated 24-inch drain.
We repaired a 24-inch corrugated-metal drain that carries storm and process water at a Florida Power & Light facility. Holes in the host pipe were letting rock and sand into the line, so we adapted our preparation to the damaged wall and changed lining direction mid-run where the geometry required it. We inverted the liner, steam-cured it and closed the staged, multi-day job with a final camera inspection.
- We televised the deteriorated host pipe and mapped holes, rock intrusion and sand infiltration.
- We cleaned and prepared the corrugated-metal wall so the liner could seat against sound sections.
- We inverted the liner, changed direction mid-run where the run required it and steam-cured the installation.
How we work
We schedule your drainage program around your operating hours.
Building drainageOur Ringling Museum record includes cleaning and camera inspection across six campus buildings, scheduled around public hours.
Your industrial storm and process lines may need staged preparation, direction changes mid-run and a steam-cured liner where inspection supports cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining.
Commercial & institutional
We keep your sanitary, storm and process water lines in separate scopes.
We keep your storm culverts and sanitary lines in separate scopes so your facilities team can authorize work by system.
We document cleaning and inspection-only scopes on museum campus work when lining is not authorized on every line.
Coordination
We coordinate lock-out and access with your facility team.
- We follow your lock-out and safety requirements on industrial and utility sites you manage.
- We schedule after-hours entry when your hotel, museum or campus stays open to the public.
- We obtain separate storm and sanitary permits when your organization requires them before mobilization.
