We planned the restoration of 69 sewer stacks in an occupied 18-story tower.

At the Beach Club in Naples, our restoration plan covered 69 sewer stacks serving 138 privately owned units. The scope included stack lining, fitting replacement, engineering coordination and related underground and storm-drain work.

The published account describes progress around month six of an eight-month plan. It does not establish the final completed stack count.

Stack lining

We reline your damaged stacks from inside your building's existing pipe.

Cracks, corrosion and leaking joints in your sewer stack can affect several floors. We camera-inspect your riser through roof penetrations, wall cleanouts or other suitable access, then clean away buildup that hides the condition of your cast iron.

Where your pipe's condition and layout allow it, we install a resin-saturated liner and cure it inside your existing stack. This cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) forms a new continuous pipe inside the affected run. We plan the repair around your branch connections, fittings and available access, then inspect the finished work by camera.

We replace fittings or sections that cannot be restored by lining. Your stack's age alone does not decide the repair.

Before and after lining

We restore your suitable stack from inside its existing wall.

We inspect and prepare each affected section of your building's stack, install the selected liner and check it on camera. We assess fittings and branch connections separately when defining your repair.

Breaks & joints

We locate your stack's breaks and repair the affected sections.

Water appearing in a wall or ceiling does not tell you how much pipe has failed. We locate the defect, inspect the surrounding pipe and identify which connected areas need access before we recommend the repair.

We inspect your separated joints before choosing a repair.

A gap or displacement at a joint changes what your repair must address. We inspect the alignment and surrounding pipe, then select a suitable lining repair or replace the failed section. Lining does not realign a displaced stack.

Missing cast iron wall at the upper section of a vertical stack.Broken cast iron wall

We replace broken sections that cannot support a liner.

Missing pipe wall, collapse or badly damaged fittings can require direct access. We identify those sections in your repair scope and replace them where lining cannot restore your line.

We selected 19 of 40 stacks for rehabilitation in a six-story senior community.

In Jacksonville, approximately 1,300 feet were inspected, cleaned and repaired using lining and partial replacement. That figure describes the combined work, not 1,300 feet of lining.

Sovent systems

We inspect, clean and repair your Sovent single-stack drainage system.

Your Sovent system uses specialized aerator fittings, base de-aerators and pressure-relief lines to manage air and waste through a single stack. Those components belong in the inspection and cleaning scope when your building has repeated blockages or drainage problems.

We identify your system's layout, camera-inspect the affected risers and mechanically remove restrictive buildup. We assess damaged pipe for repair or lining while accounting for the fittings and air passages your system needs to work. We do not run a generic liner through specialized fittings without a system-specific repair design.

From our record

We cleaned 16 Sovent risers in two 30-story towers.

In two 30-story Tampa condominium towers, we camera-inspected and mechanically cleaned 16 Sovent risers and their base pressure-relief lines. We collected removed debris with an industrial vacuum. This record covers cleaning and inspection.

Roof drains

We repair your vertical roof-drain pipes from inside where lining is suitable.

Your roof's rainwater travels through vertical drain pipes inside your building. When those pipes or their joints deteriorate, leaks can appear within walls and ceilings during rain.

We inspect and clean your roof-drain conductor, locate damaged lengths and assess access for lining. Where its condition and layout allow, we install a liner through suitable access to restore the affected pipe. Sections that cannot be lined require repair or replacement.

We keep your rainwater piping separate from your sanitary-stack scope. A pipe repair does not replace repairs to your roof membrane, roof-drain flashing or roof drainage design.

Occupied buildings

We phase your stack repairs around the people using your building.

Your management team coordinates resident notice, access and building requirements. We identify the affected risers, agree on service-interruption windows and organize the repair phases with your team and engineer where required.

  1. 01We establish your access and affected areas. We review the floors, fixtures, roof penetrations and cleanouts involved, along with your available plans and camera footage.
  2. 02We clean and inspect your targeted risers. We remove buildup and document the condition that determines lining, fitting repair or replacement.
  3. 03We complete the selected repair in phases. We coordinate the work and fixture-use restrictions for each affected part of your building.
  4. 04We camera-inspect your completed repairs. You receive the inspection and progress records included in your contract, with the repaired areas and any remaining scope identified.
