Beach Club condominium, NaplesOur phased stack work matched resident access at the Beach Club in Naples.
We supported stack rehabilitation at Beach Club, an 18-story, 138-unit beachfront condominium in Naples. The program planned restoration across 69 sewer stacks with engineering coordination, fitting replacement on affected stacks, underground sanitary cleaning and storm-drain work alongside the stack scope. Progress was reported near the six-month mark of an eight-month program.
- We coordinated engineering review and phasing across an occupied 18-story tower.
- We replaced fittings on stacks identified in the rehabilitation plan.
- We cleaned underground sanitary lines tied to the stack program.
How we work
We scope your risers, mains and storm lines separately.
Vertical sewer stack liningOur high-rise programs often split vertical stacks from horizontal mains and storm drainage. We align each method with the inspection results for each of your lines.
If your building has a Sovent single-stack system, it needs riser-specific cleaning and inspection before you authorize lining or fitting work.

We give your board stack counts and footage it can review.

Coordination
We plan resident access with your management team.
- We schedule resident notices and access windows with your management team before stack work on each floor.
- We submit phased scopes for engineer review before your board authorizes lining on each stack.
- We keep storm and sanitary authorizations separate when inspection shows both systems need work.
