Drain and sewer cleaning
We clear the scale, grease and roots restricting your line.

FPL industrial drainWe cleaned FPL's damaged industrial drain to prepare it for lining.
- We televised the deteriorated host pipe and mapped holes, rock intrusion and sand infiltration.
- We cleaned and prepared the corrugated-metal wall so the liner could seat against sound sections.
- We inverted the liner, changed direction mid-run where the run required it and steam-cured the installation.
- We ran a final camera inspection to verify the cured liner before demobilizing.
Inside your pipe
Our mechanical and hydro cleaning opens your line before lining or replacement.
Cast-iron tuberculationBackups and slow drainage on your property often start with grease, roots or scale before your pipe fails structurally. We choose rodding, cutters or hydro-jetting from your pipe's material and diameter.
We televise fragile or unknown cast iron before aggressive jetting, and we coordinate cleaning ahead of lining or camera inspection on industrial and occupied sites.
How we repair it
Hydro-jet grease removal01
We lift grease from your pipe when its condition supports jetting.
We select the nozzle and pressure for your pipe's material, diameter and condition. Jetting removes deposits and exposes the original wall; it does not repair cracks or replace missing metal.
Sand and silt flushing02
We flush loose sediment out of your drain.
We clear sand and silt with a method suited to your line, then inspect areas that were hidden by the buildup. Persistent standing water may need a grade assessment; flushing does not correct a belly.
Root intrusion03
We clear roots and inspect the joint they entered.
We remove roots with tools suited to your pipe, then inspect the affected joint. Cleaning can reopen your line, but a leaking or failed joint may also need lining or replacement.
Methods
We clear your line with rodding, cutters or jetting matched to your pipe.
We cut roots and scale with mechanical tools when access allows.
We use rods and cutters to remove roots and scale from your line when its diameter and access support mechanical cleaning.
We hydro-jet grease and debris when your pipe tolerates the pressure.
We jet buildup when your pipe's material and condition, from inspection or prior records, support higher pressure.
We televise fragile or unknown pipe before we apply aggressive jetting.
We inspect your host pipe's walls on camera when aggressive cleaning could damage weak cast iron.
When this method fits
Cleaning restores flow on your line. We note when a follow-up camera visit should confirm whether structural damage remains.
On your property
We select your cleaning tool, open your line and document what we cleared.

- 02We televise fragile or unknown pipe when aggressive cleaning could damage host walls.
- 03We clear roots, grease or scale with the tool matched to your line.
