These terms explain how you may use the Blue Works Plumbing website and what a website inquiry means. We use "Blue Works," "we," "us" and "our" for the Blue Works Company plumbing business presented here. The contracting entity for your work is identified in your written proposal or agreement.
This is a private website preview. Forms are checked by the preview server but are not saved as office inquiries or sent to our team. Call or email us if you need service.
1. Website information
We describe the inspection, cleaning, lining, rehabilitation and replacement of your sewer, drain, vertical-stack and storm-drain pipes. Website content is general information. It does not replace an inspection of your property, a written scope, engineering advice or applicable manufacturer instructions. Do not enter a confined space, open a sewer, operate equipment or attempt a repair based only on website content.
2. Inquiries and authorization
An inquiry, acknowledgment or conversation does not book a visit, dispatch a crew or authorize paid work. We confirm the work, price, access requirements and schedule through the proposal, work order or agreement for your job. That agreement governs your project and controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
Tell us whether you own the property or act for its owner. Before work begins, you are responsible for arranging the authority, site access and approvals assigned to you in the agreed scope. Tell us about known hazards and access restrictions. We remain responsible for our own work and the obligations applicable to us.
When connected inquiry delivery is enabled, a successful inquiry can be accepted by the office system, with authorized staff access and delivery through configured providers. Pressing Submit does not by itself promise delivery until the office system accepts the inquiry.
3. Estimates, inspections and repair suitability
Estimates are free. Camera inspections may carry a charge. We explain any chargeable inspection scope before you authorize it. A website description is not a fixed-price quotation.
Whether your pipe can be cleaned or lined depends on its condition, material, access, geometry and the work required. Some sections need replacement. Project examples describe the specific documented work and do not promise the same schedule, cost, disruption or result for your property.
4. Urgent conditions
Do not rely on a website form for an immediate response. Call (877) 258-3664 to discuss availability and follow your property's emergency procedures. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services. A phone link does not establish emergency dispatch coverage or an arrival time.
5. Information you provide
Provide accurate contact and property information that you are authorized to share. Do not send payment-card details, identity documents, medical information, passwords, access codes or other sensitive information through a general inquiry.
You retain your rights in material you send us. You authorize us to use it as reasonably needed to review your request, communicate with you and carry out agreed work. Sending a photograph or message does not by itself give us permission to use your name or material in public marketing.
6. Permitted use
You may view the site and share links for lawful personal or business evaluation. Do not interfere with the site, submit malicious or deceptive material, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person or use the site to infringe another person's rights. This does not limit activity that applicable law protects.
7. Our content and project records
Our text, photographs, graphics and marks belong to Blue Works or their respective owners. Except where law permits otherwise, obtain permission before reproducing or using them commercially. Linking to a public page does not transfer rights in its content.
Project records carry the scope and limits stated with them. General service information does not establish the condition of your pipe or replace a site-specific assessment and repair scope.
8. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain this website's data practices and controls. A privacy notice describes processing; reading it or selecting Got it does not authorize optional tracking. Your inquiry permission concerns our response to your plumbing problem and does not enroll you in automated promotional calls or texts.
Other websites, including the main company website and external services you choose to visit, may have different policies.
9. Availability and corrections
We work to keep information useful and accurate, but errors, interruptions and changes can occur. Please contact us if you find a mistake. Confirm current availability, scope and pricing with us before relying on them for your project.
10. Website limitations and your rights
To the extent allowed by law, the website and its general information are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not responsible for loss caused solely by a third-party website outside our control.
These website terms do not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, remove statutory consumer rights, limit responsibility for our work, or replace any warranty or remedy in your project agreement. No project warranty, liability cap, arbitration requirement or waiver of court rights is created by this page.
11. Applicable law and changes
Florida law governs these website terms to the extent applicable, subject to any mandatory protections available to you. We do not require you to give up a right or use a venue where doing so would conflict with applicable law.
We may revise these terms prospectively and identify the revision date here. Changes to this page do not rewrite an existing signed project agreement. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
