Privacy requests

Contact us to ask about personal information you provided to Blue Works, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern.

Email team@blueworkscompany.com with Privacy request in the subject, call (877) 258-3664, or write to Blue Works Company, 9187 Boggy Creek Road, Orlando, FL 32824.
Include the type of request, a way to respond, and enough context to locate the information, such as the approximate date you contacted us. Do not include payment details, passwords or identity documents in your first message.
Opening an email link creates a draft in your email app. You must send that email yourself. This page does not submit a privacy request or delete an office record.
2. What happens next
We review your request and may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority before releasing, changing or deleting personal information. Applicable legal obligations may require us to keep some records. We will explain relevant limits and respond within the period required by applicable law.
If you wish to appeal a response where applicable law gives that right, contact us through the same channels and identify your message as an appeal. You may contact the relevant privacy regulator.
3. Browser choices
Cookie settings controls this browser's site storage choices. In preview mode optional tracking and advertising are off. When connected inquiry delivery is enabled, you can review and change optional first-party measurement there. You can clear your saved service-area selection without sending a request to our office. Clearing browser storage does not delete emails or project records already held by our team.
