We cleaned, lined and camera-verified the industrial storm and process drain.

We repaired a 24-inch corrugated-metal drain that carries storm and process water at a Florida Power & Light facility. Holes in the host pipe were letting rock and sand into the line, so we adapted our preparation to the damaged wall and changed lining direction mid-run where the geometry required it. We inverted the liner, steam-cured it and closed the staged, multi-day job with a final camera inspection.

We inspected, cleaned, lined and verified the cast-iron fitting in a Florida city hall.

We repaired a failed cast-iron fitting inside a Florida city hall. We televised the line, cleaned the host pipe and installed a cured-in-place liner sized to the defect we documented. We verified the finished repair with a final camera pass.

We coordinated phased stack, sanitary and storm work at Beach Club, Naples.

We supported stack rehabilitation at Beach Club, an 18-story, 138-unit beachfront condominium in Naples. The program planned restoration across 69 sewer stacks with engineering coordination, fitting replacement on affected stacks, underground sanitary cleaning and storm-drain work alongside the stack scope. Progress was reported near the six-month mark of an eight-month program.

We identified 19 stacks for rehabilitation in our inspection of a Jacksonville senior community.

We rehabilitated sanitary stacks at a six-story Jacksonville senior community that has 40 stacks total. We identified 19 stacks for repair and completed about 1,300 combined feet of inspection, cleaning and repair. We used lining or partial replacement on each stack based on what we documented on camera.

We lined the main sewer overnight and restored cleanouts at Orlando Family Center.

We cleaned and lined more than 300 feet of main sewer at Orlando Family Center using overnight work so the facility could stay open during the day. We excavated and replaced cleanouts where access required it and performed vapor testing after reported sewer-gas odor on the property.

We cleaned drains and camera-inspected six Ringling Museum campus buildings.

We cleaned drains and ran camera inspections across six buildings on the Ringling Museum of Art campus in Sarasota, including the Circus Museum, Tibbals Center and restaurant, Searing Building, Art Museum, Education Building and Ca' d'Zan. We scheduled work around museum hours, campus requirements and events, and documented conditions in each building we accessed.

We camera-inspected and mechanically cleaned 16 Sovent risers and their base pressure-relief lines, collecting the debris with an industrial vacuum.

We reviewed the blueprints, inspected the pipes and set a work plan, then cleaned and reinspected ten kitchen and bathroom Sovent stacks. The customer's May 2015 letter reports the stacks were cleaned in two weeks and the work was examined by W.J. Johnson Engineering.
